What if there is no work experience?

Understand what makes you a suitable candidate
Internships, charitable and community projects, courses, and personal activity can demonstrate your position. Think about it from the point of view of the employer: remember the most interesting situations and tasks in which you used the skills listed in the vacancies, and best reflect all this in your resume.

Make yourself irresistible
You need to demonstrate your strengths through examples.
To convincingly show personal qualities in a resume is one of the most difficult tasks. Just writing that you are enthusiastic or motivated is not enough - you need to demonstrate all this through real-life examples.

The ability to start from scratch and overcome obstacles shows your resourcefulness and determination. Work to fund education or family assistance can speak of modesty and professional ethics. Running your own projects or gaining experience through training programs indicates enthusiasm.

Try to formulate achievements quantitatively where possible (how much money or time has been saved, etc.). Indicate when you received a promotion or a manager expanded your area of responsibility.

Speak the same language
This is especially important for people changing the career vector, but everyone else should use the language that the employer expects from the ideal job applicant, including keywords in the resume, position names, skills and ways to describe the experience. For example, the names of training courses (IFRS, risk management) are keywords in themselves and are included in the specialized knowledge section.

Experiment with design
There is no need to always adhere to a strict chronological order in the description of work experience. You can put the most relevant information at the beginning of the resume: relevant project work may be more important than experience in a full-time job, and volunteer initiatives that connect you with your new career can go ahead of regular paid responsibilities.

There is no need to adhere to a chronological order.
Do not be tempted to make a long resume with unnecessary details to compensate for the lack of specialized experience. Better add some distinctive details. A couple of short catchphrases will help to achieve the desired result. Also add a cover letter stating the reasons for your response and interest in the employer.
